Return & Exchange Policy

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, online customers of SHIAN TAI WANG are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period from the date of product delivery. This period includes holidays. If any defects or damages occur during the appreciation period and you wish to request a return or exchange, SHIAN TAI WANG accepts return/exchange requests. To protect your rights, please submit your request within the seven-day period and return the product along with its original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Returned items must be in brand-new condition, including the product, packaging, and any gifts. The end date is determined by the shipping document or postmark. Requests made after this period will be considered accepted and are not eligible for return.
If you wish to return a bundle or promotional set, the entire set must be returned. Returns cannot be accepted if any items are missing or if the products are not in brand-new condition. If the return causes the remaining order amount to fall below the free-shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
If excessive returns occur due to various reasons, our website may suspend shipments and terminate further transactions. We appreciate your understanding.

Refund

Once we confirm that the request meets our refund criteria and all information is correct, the refund will be deposited into your designated account within 10 days.
The refund will be returned to the original payment bank account to complete the refund process.

The seven-day cooling-off period has passed, and we are unable to process a return.
If the returned items do not match the order, or if all products from the order (including free gifts) are not returned with proper packaging, it may affect your eligibility for a return.
